Each level in *Balloon Drops* presents you with four possible objectives:

1. Score Quota: Reach a specific score to advance to the next level.
2. Removing Dark Pulps: Clear balloons on top of dark pulps to remove them. Dark pulps come in three levels, with the darkest requiring three clearings.
3. Bringing Down Popcorns: Navigate popcorns to the bottom of the game board.
4. Freeing Balloons from Nets: Release all balloons trapped in nets.

Additionally, each level can feature two types of challenges:

1. Time Challenge: Complete the objectives before the timer hits zero.
2. Swap Limit: Achieve your goals before exhausting your available swaps.

Navigate through various obstacles that add to the game's complexity:

1. Party Hat/Cupcakes: These stationary items can only be cleared by matching an adjacent balloon or using specific power-ups. Clearing a party hat results in a level 3 dark pulp.
2. Netted Balloon: These balloons are locked behind nets and can only be freed by matching them with two other balloons of the same color or by using a power-up chain.

To enhance your gameplay, match 4 or more balloons to unlock powerful power-ups:

1. Checkered Balloon: Available in horizontal and vertical orientations.
2. Double Balloon: Amplifies the impact of your matches.
3. Rainbow Balloon: Matches with any color, making it incredibly versatile.

Introduce an element of surprise with Mystery Items. These are revealed by matching gift box colors with balloon colors, potentially offering either helpful power-ups or challenging obstacles, adding an unpredictable twist to your gameplay.
