How to Play Callbreak:
Callbreak is traditionally played by four players using a standard 52-card deck. The cards rank from highest to lowest as A-K-Q-J-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2 in each suit. The game can be played over 3 or 5 rounds. To kick things off, players draw a card to determine the first dealer—the one with the lowest card shuffles and deals clockwise. The player to the dealer's right starts the first trick.
Any card can be led, and the other three players must follow suit. If unable to follow, players must trump with a spade if they have one that beats any previously played spades. Our offline Callbreak game introduces a unique Saga trip, offering players an adventurous journey through different levels to create their legendary Callbreak experience.
How to Win a Callbreak Game:
To win a trick in Callbreak, you need the highest card in the led suit, or the highest spade if spades are played. Success in the game is achieved by winning at least the number of tricks you called, or more. If you meet or exceed your call, the number called is added to your score, with an additional 0.1 for each trick won beyond your call. Failing to meet your call results in the number called being subtracted from your score.
A round must be re-dealt if a player receives no spades or no face cards (J, Q, K, A) of any suit.
Callbreak Game is Popular Around the World
Callbreak has captured the hearts of players in Nepal, Bangladesh, Qatar, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, and India. In North America, it's known as "Spades," with differences in game length, scoring, and the calling system. While Callbreak has a fixed number of rounds, Spades is played until a team reaches a predetermined score.
