Akuru Hayahoshi, an unlucky otaku office worker, is hopelessly trying to pull her husbando in the gacha game she's obsessed with, despite the hefty amount of money she spends. Her luck takes a turn when she crosses paths with the dazzlingly beautiful and incredibly lucky Ren Furutachi. A series of comical misunderstandings lead to an unexpected proposal, and Ren begins to fervently pursue Akuru. In a twist of fate, Akuru ends up bringing Ren home instead of her coveted husbando!
