Nintendo Switch 2 Pre-Orders Start April 24 in U.S., $449
Nintendo has officially announced that pre-orders for the highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 will commence in the U.S. on April 24, 2025. The original pricing of $449.99 and the launch date set for June 5 will remain unchanged, offering fans a clear timeline and cost for this next-generation console.
The announcement, detailed on Nintendo's website, also includes a note about potential adjustments to the prices of Switch 2 accessories due to evolving market conditions. Nintendo has emphasized that future price changes for any of its products could occur based on these market dynamics.
In addition to the base console price, Nintendo has confirmed that the Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle will continue to be priced at $499.99. Both the physical and digital versions of Mario Kart World will remain at $79.99, while Donkey Kong Bananza will stay at $69.99 at launch.
