Enhance Your TOYOTA Driving Experience with Advanced LT for Torque Pro
Unlock the full potential of your TOYOTA vehicle's performance with the Advanced LT plugin for Torque Pro. This powerful tool allows you to monitor specific TOYOTA parameters in real-time, offering insights into engine and automatic transmission advanced sensor data that can elevate your driving experience.
Advanced LT is designed to extend the PID/Sensor list within Torque Pro, specifically tailored for TOYOTA vehicles. You can test the plugin with a selection of sensors before making a purchase, although this version does not include calculated sensors such as Injector Duty Cycle.
Compatibility
While Advanced LT may support other TOYOTA models and engines, it has been rigorously tested on the following:
- Avensis 1.8/2.0 (T270)
- Corolla 1.8/2.0 (E140/E150)
- Corolla 1.6/1.8 (E160/E170)
- Camry 2.4/2.5 (XV40)
- Camry 2.0/2.5 (XV50)
- Highlander 2.7 (XU40)
- Highlander 2.0/2.7 (XU50)
- RAV4 2.0/2.5 (XA30)
- RAV4 2.0/2.5 (XA40)
- Verso 1.6/1.8 (R20)
- Yaris 1.4/1.6 (XP90)
- Yaris 1.3/1.5 (XP130)
The plugin also features an ECU Scanner, a valuable tool for identifying specific sensors on TOYOTA engines not yet supported by the plugin. Simply record at least 1000 samples and send the logs to the developer to help enhance future versions.
System Requirements
To use Advanced LT, you must have the latest version of Torque Pro installed on your device. This plugin is not a standalone application and will not function without Torque Pro.
Plugin Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install and set up the Advanced LT plugin:
- After purchasing the plugin on Google Play, confirm its installation on your Android device's application list.
- Launch Torque Pro and select the "Advanced LT" icon.
- Choose the correct engine type for your TOYOTA and return to the Torque Pro main screen.
- Navigate to Torque Pro's "Settings".
- Verify the plugin is listed by going to "Settings" > "Plugins" > "Installed Plugins".
- Scroll to "Manage extra PIDs/Sensors".
- This screen is typically empty unless you've previously added PIDs or custom sensors.
- From the menu, select "Add predefined set".
- Ensure you choose the correct set for your TOYOTA engine type.
- After selection, you should see multiple entries added to the Extra PIDs/Sensors list.
Adding Displays for Enhanced Monitoring
Once you've added the sensors, you can create custom displays for your dashboard:
- Access the Realtime Information/Dashboard in Torque Pro.
- Press the menu key and choose "Add Display".
- Select your preferred display type (Dial, Bar, Graph, Digital Display, etc.).
- Choose the appropriate sensor from the list; sensors provided by Advanced LT are prefixed with "[TYDV]" and typically appear near the top, following the time sensors.
Advanced LT is continually being updated with more features and parameters. Your feedback and suggestions are highly valued, so please share your thoughts to help shape future enhancements.
