Interested in creating custom crank arms? Whether you're using a leather cutter or a 3D printer, our tool simplifies the process by calculating dimensions and generating the necessary files. With our application, you can easily create SVG files for 2D designs or STL files for 3D prints of your crank arms. Not only can you view and share these designs across different platforms, but our software also calculates the perfect size for the balance weight automatically.

To ensure your crank arm is perfectly balanced, our tool takes into account the outside diameter of the balance weight, the mass on the crank pin side, and the density of the crank arm material. Here are the parameters you'll need to provide:

Crankshaft diameter (mm)
Crank pin diameter (mm)
Crank arm length (mm)
Crank arm width (mm)
Balance weight radius (mm)
Thickness (mm)

Once you input these values, our application will display the generated data, which can be seamlessly shared with 3D printers and connected PCs. For a sense of scale, the underlaying square in our visuals represents the size of a credit card.
