• Participant: Any individual, 14 years or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions in Kazakhstan, registered in the program and possessing a Kazakhstani individual identification number.
• Participant Questionnaire: Information provided upon registration, granting Royal Petrol consent to process personal data (as defined by the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013) via various methods including email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, mail, and automated systems. This consent can be withdrawn in writing.
• Virtual Card: An electronic card within the mobile app, without a physical counterpart.
