Payment failures may occur due to:

• Corporate phone numbers
• Outstanding trust payments
• Insufficient balance since number activation
• Unused starting balance
• SIM card replacement within the last 24 hours

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Standard and student cards are available for self-registration; other discounted cards require in-person application with supporting documentation at a company office.

Top up your virtual card using its number via the app or through services like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).
